Inter County 2018/19 Brighton

A fantastic and busy weekend for the Middlesex Juniors teams in Brighton.

On Saturday we saw the BU19s and GU19s play at Withdean Sports Complex with coach Steve Thompson, the GU11s, BU11s, and BU15s teams at Corals Health & Fitness with a busy coach Lucas Cannistraci and GU15s team playing at Sussex University Sports Complex with coach Ivy Dieltiens.

Coming out tops were the BU11s team who won their Group D.

GU11 finished 2nd

BU15s A finished 2nd

BU15s B finished 3rd

BU19s finished 2nd

GU19s finishing a questionable 2nd!!

Lucas had the busiest day managing 4 teams and managing to clock up nearly 14k steps in one venue!

Sunday saw another busy day in Brighton with BU17s playing again at Withdean with Steve, BU13s at Corals with stand in coach Vickie Prow and GU13s at the Uni with Ivy.

All teams played fantastically well....

A massive thank you to all the players who played so well and conducted themselves so fairly on court even when the decisions didn't necessarily go their way. An even bigger thanks goes out to parents who gave up their day and drove the juniors to the venues. Especially providing much needed refreshments, and support.

Special thanks also to the coaches who have worked prior and at the event to support and coach our players.
